Talking about Bear Hugs…….

Image
It was time to make another bear Raver for The Importers, a really trusting client who has been with us for years and has stuck with their trusted design. Susan really loves her pink bear, as do the kids that pop in to the store with mum and dad. The Importers is a clearance centre that stocks beautiful quality teak and mahogany furniture. Susan tells me that they are having a stock clearance for Xmas………their address is 357 City Rd, Southbank.

Flags and signs

And then there is our dear client Bennetts Petroleum in Tasmania. They are such a great bunch and for them nothing is too much trouble. So when they asked for a portable set of flags to match their on-site set, we supplied them this great portable arrangement that packs away into a bag.

Santa Dancing inflatables

Now the performance can begin. Wendy was so busy in June making Santa Raver skins, but it wasn’t until this month that they have had their chance to perform and bring the clients through retailers’ doors

Care Bears christmas party parade inflatables

Image
It’s that time of year again when the clouds line the streets of Melbourne for the Myer Xmas parade. Giant Inflatables was “floating in the clouds” with the Care Bears float for which we produced the clouds and the rainbow. Scotty really enjoyed the jovial spirit at the warehouse where all the floats were produced under the experienced baton of the “Ready, Set, Go” production team (who put the entire gig together for the client – Myer department stores - in a record breaking few weeks). The orchestration of such an event was a site to behold.

Rotating Inflate and Seal 3m high sphere. This was used at their National Conference and represented all the parts of the organization that all need to fit together and form a cohesive team. The image is digitally printed onto the fabric before it is welded together. The rotating platter was custom built for this ball.

Monstie again

Image
Monstie has so many personas!..... now he’s working at Living Jungle in Sunshine (a pet shop with a focus on fish and reptiles), making his memorable mark. It’s great to have a character Raver that can assume a specific role.

Look what Santa brought

Image
Last time we met Wendy in this story, she was making Santa ravers. Well look where that got her – she’s a happy, proud Nana now. The team at Giant Inflatables welcomes new Alex and congrats to Amy, Wendy’s daughter.

Got to get it up – Giant Inflatables does it again!

Image
It’s not a Viagra field test, but it is an attempt to get it up! This mighty cone is 30m high . That’s a 100 ft high target! It’s to be used for a reality TV program - - Watch this spot for more details. According to our information this is a record for the highest inflatable cone ever made in Australia. Another proud milestone for Giant Inflatables.
