The sets for children’s stage show – ‘Barney’s Lets Imagine’ comprised of grass patches, and a tree with a baby bird in an egg. These sets had to inflate on demand and grow on stage.
The elephant was an inflatable costume manned with a 2 person team.

These kinds of 3D inflatables are almost impossible to pre-design completely. We prototype them first from a basic design then the art and crafting on the floor begins.
It’s hands on demanding work with ideas and trials, testing and tweaking, until the magic spark ignites and the solution soon follows.
